WICAN KT-10/TPMS for american car/ATEQ
Tire pressure reset learning method
When the vehicle has just replaced the sensor or tire, the TPMS system needs to be relearned to ensure the normal use of the TPMS system. Different models have different learning procedures. If you have any questions, please call HAMATON/HAMATON after-sales service personnel.
Note: For the Yinglang models marked with ★, the lowest tire pressure learning opening method requires a diagnostic instrument to open.
for GM-8
Equipped with a standard ignition device (key ignition)
Note: On some models, the vehicle turn signal will not light up immediately during the learning process.
1. Turn on the car power (no need to start the car);
2. Use the keyless entry system: Press the lock and unlock keys on the key at the same time until the horn sounds, and the left front turn signal lights up and flashes, indicating that tire pressure learning has begun. Or use the dashboard screen, press and release the "INFO" key until "Tire Learning" is displayed on the screen. Press and hold the "Start and Relearn" button until the horn sounds, and the left front turn signal lights up and flashes, indicating that tire pressure learning has begun;
3. Use the Wican KT-10 instrument to stimulate the tire pressure sensors in the order of "left front-right front-right rear-left rear". Each time the stimulation is successful, the vehicle horn will sound once;
4. When all tire pressure sensors are stimulated, the vehicle horn will sound twice, indicating that the tire pressure learning is completed.
Configure a one-button vehicle start
Note: On some models, the vehicle turn signal will not light up immediately during the learning process.
Method 1:
1. Press the "PUSH" button to turn on the car power (no need to start the car). Note: On Cadillac models, when you turn on the car power, the Cadillac brand logo will appear on the display;
2. Press the "MENU" button on the turn signal lever until the "Vehicle Information Menu" appears on the display;
3. After entering the "Vehicle Information Menu", use the turn signal lever to switch "up" and "down" until the vehicle tire pressure information appears on the dashboard display;
4. Press and hold the button at the top of the turn signal lever until "Relearn tire pressure. YES or NO" is displayed;
5. Use the turn signal lever to switch the cursor to the "YES" option, then press the button at the end of the lever, the horn will sound, the dashboard will display "Tire Pressure Learning", and the left front turn signal will light up;
6. Use the Wican KT-10 instrument to stimulate the tire pressure sensors in the order of "left front-right front-right rear-left rear". Each time the stimulation is successful, the vehicle horn will sound once;
7. When all tire pressure sensors are stimulated, the vehicle horn will sound twice, indicating that the tire pressure learning is completed.
Method 2:
1. Start the car;
2. Use the direction keys on the right side of the steering wheel to press the right key to enter the vehicle menu;
3. Use the direction keys to scroll the menu information "up or down" until "Tire Pressure Learning" is displayed;
4. Press the "SELECT" key and the horn sounds, proving that the system has entered the tire pressure learning module;
5. Use the Wican KT-10 instrument to stimulate the tire pressure sensors in the order of "left front-right front-right rear-left rear". Each time the stimulation is successful, the vehicle horn will sound once;
6. When all tire pressure sensors are stimulated, the vehicle horn will sound twice, indicating that the tire pressure learning is complete.
FRD-1
Use traditional key to start
Note: There is no specific value displayed for each tire, only the tire pressure light.
1. Inflate each tire to its standard tire pressure value;
2. Turn the ignition device to the off position, then press and release the brake pedal;
3. Operate the "off-on" ignition cycle 3 times, stop at the running position;
4. Press and release the brake pedal;
5. Turn the ignition device to the off position;

7. When entering the operation mode, the horn will sound and the tire pressure monitoring system will alarm. (If the vehicle is equipped with a message center, it will display "Operate the left front tire");
8. Use the Wican KT-10 instrument to stimulate the tire pressure sensors in the order of "left front-right front-right rear-left rear". Each time the stimulation is successful, the vehicle horn will sound once;
9. When all tire pressure sensors are stimulated, the vehicle horn will sound twice, indicating that the tire pressure learning is completed.
Configure a one-button start-stop system
Use an integrated ignition switch
1. Turn off the vehicle, press and release the brake pedal;
2. Press the vehicle start button 5 times in a row and stop in the power-on state;

4. Press the vehicle start button 6 times in a row. When you press it for the 6th time, the vehicle horn will sound;
5. When the horn sounds, the tire pressure alarm light will flash, indicating that the tire pressure learning module has entered. If the vehicle is equipped with an information center, it will display "Left front tire pressure learning";
6. Use the Wican KT-10 instrument to stimulate the tire pressure sensor in the order of "left front-right front-right rear-left rear". Each time the stimulation is successful, the vehicle horn will sound;
7. When the operation of the left rear wheel is completed, the information center will display "Learning completed";
Note: If the vehicle is not equipped with an information center, there will be no horn sound when the car power is turned off after learning. If you hear the horn after completion, it means that the learning has failed and you need to learn again.
