AUTOOL CT500 GDI Fuel Injector 6-cylinder Cleaner & Continuous Injection Tester is a great upgrade than CT400. CT500 adapts the latest GDI design, it also supports the continuous test function of the fuel injector. CT500 can clean and test standard injectors, EFI, FEI, Piezoelectric fuel injectors, as well as GDI injectors such as for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Ford, and other direct injection engines.  It comes with multi voltages available for GDI injectors, which enables to adapt for different types of injector testing. Gasoline direct injection is a technology that injects fuel directly into the cylinder and mixes it with the intake air. Compared to conventional injectors, the use of GDI can help improve engine efficiency and specific power output as well as reduce exhaust emissions. CT500 not only supports GDI, EFI, FSI and other types of fuel injectors, but also compatible with common standard fuel injectors. The CT500 is available in three voltages to drive the GDI injectors, 12V, 70V and 120V, which basically covers the injectors of the majority vehicle brands in Europe, America and Asia.

01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.

02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

04. High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.

05. Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.

How to choose test fluid?

The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.

How to choose cleaning fluid?

Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid.
