WOYO PL068 EPS Tester 12V on Bench for Volvo Electrical Steering Motor Detector Automotive Diagnostic Tools

After you repair the Wheel Steering Motor, our product can be directly tested on the workbench to see if it works properly without the need to reinstall it in the car for repeated testing.

Operation:
Model : Select the model you want to test. ("VOL-1" "VOL-2")
ACC: Device ON/OFF
Power supply: 12V >5A, we don't send with this cable.
Screen: Show work voltage or current of the tester.
Support to connect to other diagnostic scanner to check the real-time data for Wheel Steering Motor.

Note:
1. Need to use with torque sensor, if your EPS without torque sensor, you need to buy one.
2.  Additionally, during the steering testing process, it's advisable to avoid extending to the maximum limit to reduce the risk of losing EPS computer board data.

How to use the WOYO PL068?

 

1.Connect to Adatper cable

2.Connect to VOL-1/VOL-2 cable

3. Connect to EPS

4.Connect to 12V ≥5A power supply

5. Press "ACC" to turn on PL068

6. Press“Model" select “VOL-1/VOL-2”

7.Manually rotate the torque sensor to drive the EPS.(Device not include torque sensor.)
